Our Story
Once upon a time there were two neighborhood girls who became friends and spent their summers practicing changing the world for the better, who then moved apart and lost contact for many years. One went into the commercial entertainment world, the other into non profits. A year ago they reconnected in that original home town, realizing they still had so much in common, and common goals for the future. They’ve rejoined to become an unstoppable force for positive change for the non-profit sector.
Carol Stenberg, Founder
Carol Stenberg is the personification of the adage "if you want something done, ask a busy person". When heading up a project, she leaves nothing to chance, focusing not only on the bottom line but to go above and beyond achieving all goals and anticipating all needs. Carol firmly believes that one should surpass customer service and aim for customer delight - that's how you grow businesses. With a diverse yet thorough background in the management of projects, operations and staff (both here in the US and globally), Carol has over 20 years of experience and success in the creation and development of events, installations and exhibits.
Eloisa Tejero, Founder
Eloisa Tejero enjoys seeing how pieces of a puzzle fit together. Eloisa has managed many different aspects of a nonprofit, from finance, to people operations to marketing and development operations. Eloisa is a big-picture thinker to make sure everything works together. Eloisa has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations in both the US and globally. On top of that, she’s also a whiz at keeping things legal and compliant.
